The Villages of Five Points Property Owners Association Board of Directors is made up of 9 directors who have each volunteered to serve for a term of 2 years.
The 9 Board of Directors include:
- One Director from each village (Downtown/Town Center East, East Village, North Village, Town Center West & West Village)
- One Downtown Business Director
- One Shopping Center Director
- Two At Large Directors (At Large Directors are from any residential village)
Board elections are held each year at the annual homeowner meeting for any seats that are up for reelection in that particular year. The annual meeting is usually held in June.
The full Board meets regularly for both meetings and working sessions. All owners are notified of any meetings and working sessions a minimum of 10 days in advance. Meeting agendas and any other required documents are provided prior to the meetings and working sessions.
