Community Center

The Villages of Five Points has a beautiful community center
available for residents to use for a variety of community and private
events.
Be sure to check the public events!

DelDOT DART Bus Stop

The Village of Five Points has a DelDOT DART First State bus stop on North Village Main Boulevard between CVS and County Bank. The Lewes bus route can take you to the Cape May - Lewes Ferry or to the transfer station to head to Rehoboth Beach or the outlets. See DART First State for all routes as this is a great way to travel in the summer when Route 1 gets busy.

Doggie Pots

Oops! Are you walking the dog and forgot a doggie waste bag? No worries! We've got you covered. We have dog waste bags and disposal pots located throughout our community and walking trails.

Park

The Villages of Five Points offers a little hidden gem in the
community where residents can go enjoy nature and listen to the birds.

Pavilion/Gazebo

The Villages of Five Points offers a gazebo which is centralized
in the middle of the circle where residents can go to enjoy
the Landscaped Greens and relax under a pavilion.

Playground

Let the kids get some energy out within easy walking distance!
The playground is located on the corner of East Edgemoor Street
& Old Orchard Road.

Pocket Park

The Villages of Five Points Pocket Park is a piece of land
that is next to the Lewes- Georgetown bike trail.
The pocket park is a great space for a picnic under the trees.

Ponds

We have several ponds and dry basins throughout the community. Sit on a nearby bench and watch the turtles, ducks and cranes go for a swim or the butterflies visit our wildflower gardens in some of our dry basins.

Pools

The Villages of Five Points community has two community pools.
One on Chatham St in West Village, and the other on
Parker Run in the East Village.

Recreation Field (Soccer Field)

The Villages of Five Points offers a community Soccer Field
that can be rented for people of all ages to come out and enjoy!

Tennis/Pickleball Courts

There are eight courts available next to the pool on Chatham Street.
Courts are available for residents to use.

Walking/Biking Paths

Part of what makes the Villages of Five Points unique is
that everything is in within walking distance! Sidewalks are
located throughout the community, bringing shopping,
dining, living, and relaxing to one convenient area. There are nearly
two miles of this pedestrian/bike path.
