All bicycles stored in any bike rack located in Town Center East must have a permit attached prior to scheduled hallway washing.  Any bicycles without a permit will be removed and disposed of. 
Contact our Association Manager to obtain your free permit. 

Reminder - Porches may not be used for storage of items.  This includes items such as surf boards, kayaks, bikes, etc.
